A Year in America, 1981. Ladies suitably attired at the Rooster Crowing Competition in Rogue River, Oregon. A bird called Hollerin' Harry won the opening event in 1953, and $50 for his owner, by crowing 71 times in one hour. History doesn't tell us which owner of a very large shotgun got to him first!
